Online Prepay
You can view your child’s activity, receive email updates and add money over the internet. This service is updated every hour between 7:00am and 2:00pm. Any Money on your child’s account (positive or negative) will follow your child from school to school within Beeville ISD. Prepay Online

NOTE: If you are adding money to an account, you will not be able to see the increase in balance until later that evening. In order to verify your addition, please call 361-362-6082 to reach the campus manager or the Food & Nutrition Service Administration Office.

If you need a refund, you will need to request this in writing and our business office will mail you a check for any remaining balances. This form is available on our website. Any memo or alert you have set on your child’s account will not roll over from year to year. These will need to be entered for each year on an “as needed” basis.

Charged Meals Policy

Charging is not encouraged by Beeville ISD but on those rare occasions that your child will not have money, we have a charge limit set for all schools/campuses of no more than 5 meals.  If your child exceeds this limit, they will be offered an alternate meal consisting of a cheese sandwich and milk. Please ensure your child has enough money to eat by utilizing Lunch Money Now or paying at any of our schools. Only reimbursable meals can be charged, all other A-La-Carte or extra items cannot be charged. There is also no charging for snack bar items. Charge limits are a courtesy provided by The Trojan Grill and is not required by Beeville ISD, the Texas Department of Agriculture or the United States Department of Agriculture.

National School Lunch Program
  		 The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) is a federally assisted meal program operating in public and nonprofit private schools and residential child care institutions. It provides nutritionally balanced, low-cost or free lunches to children each school day. The program was established under the National School Lunch Act, signed by President Harry Truman in 1946. 


Nutritional Requirements

Through the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act championed by the First Lady and signed by President Obama, USDA made the first major changes in school meals in 15 years, which will help us raise a healthier generation of children.

The new standards align school meals with the latest nutrition science and the real world circumstances of America’s schools. These responsible reforms do what’s right for children’s health in a way that’s achievable in schools across the Nation.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by: : (1) mail: U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights, 1400 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, D.C. 20250-9410; (2) fax:  (833) 256-1665 or (202) 690-7442; or (3) email:  program.intake@usda.gov .
